Part One:3000 tons or more large capacity vertical anodizing line--Basic design standard:
1.4 anodizing tanks (design 5 tanks.start 4 anodizing tanks spare one anodizing tank) or design according to the customer's capacity per month and size of workshop.
2.Processing pieces: aluminum alloy profile and relational products.
3.Thickness of anodizing film: 10-15㎛.
4.Transportation: full automatic vertical crane(including manual transportation).
5.One anodizing tank matches one chiller.
6.Calculation of heating capacity:
Each anodizing tank provides one set of 1,000,000 kcal/hr direct cooling water chiller unit.
(or two anodizing tanks share one more than 2,000,000㎉/hour direct cooling water chiller unit.)

10.Main Function Introduction of Computer System
a.99 production process prescription numbers can be defined, each corresponding to a different surface treatment process flow, which can meet daily production needs and modify the process parameters of a material rack in the process tank in real-time, thereby flexibly controlling the process parameters of the material.
b.Collect, analyze, and process the input information of the feeding process, and securely store it within the system for real-time tracking of the process flow of each group of materials, making it easy to access and monitor.
c.Real time monitoring of the operation status of each oxidation dedicated mobile elevator, precise control of the daily lifting of specific material racks according to the process requirements, and the operation of each mobile elevator is coordinated by the upper computer system without interference, ensuring safe and stable production operation. At the same time, the operating range of each mobile elevator can be set through the upper computer to achieve cross section operation, reasonable optimization, and efficiency improvement.
d.Monitoring the operation status of the silicon machine: The required oxidation current, oxidation time, etc. can be calculated based on process parameters, and the start and stop of the oxidation power supply can be controlled based on the calculation results. Similarly, the electrophoresis power supply and coloring power supply can also be monitored.
e.Monitor the operating status of the curing furnace: temperature and heating status of the curing furnace, door opening and closing status, etc.
f.In the automatic operation state, manual intervention of the upper computer control data can be carried out to flexibly change process parameters, such as changing the process time and prioritizing the lifting of materials in characteristic process tanks by mobile elevators.
g.Alarm function: When the underlying device malfunctions, the upper computer will display the specific situation of the alarm fault, making it convenient for maintenance personnel to carry out equipment maintenance and upkeep.
Part Two:Machine running theory: worker puts the aluminum profiles on the table, with the help of moving into the conveying platform, the system transfers the aluminum profiles to the loading area. The worker pressed the button, under the pressure of pneumatic systems and open the fixture opening and closing mechanism, worker fixed the aluminum profiles with the clamp and pressed the button. With the help of hydraulic systems, the mechanical flip table switches the direction of profiles from horizontal to vertical. With the operation of lifting of upper and lower beams, the system will transfer the aluminum profiles to waiting area for production. With the cooperation of upper and lower stacking conveyor, lifting of upper and lower beams and translation of upper and lower row beams, aluminum profiles start production. The automatic handling machine for pre-treatment will come and carry the profiles to finish the pretreatment processes one tank by one tank, then put the profiles in the pass way for waiting. When the automatic conveyor for oxidation tank surface comes, it will carry the profiles to finish the processes of anodizing and water rinsing and staining one by one. After finish all the above production, the automatic conveyor will carry the profiles into the tunnel dry oven for drying the surface, then send them to the storage area. With the cooperation of upper and lower stacking conveyor, lifting of upper and lower beams and translation of upper and lower row beams, aluminum profiles moves to waiting area for unloading. With the help of hydraulic systems, the mechanical flip table switches the direction of profiles from vertical to horizontal. The system will turn on the fixture opening and closing mechanism automatically, the profiles will be separated by the clamps. By the moving into the conveying platform, aluminum profiles move from the production line to the table. The whole production processes are done. After finishes production, the system will tranfer the empty bar back to the loading area by empty beam transfer vehicle.
